Warner's Met Opera Live in HD Continues 5/10 with LA CENERENTOLA

By:

The Met: Live in HD Series continues this Saturday, May 10th at 1 pm in the Warner's Nancy Marine Studio Theatre with Rossini's La Cenerentola.

A peerless pair of Rossini virtuosos joins forces in La Cenerentola -a vocal tour de force for mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato, singing her first Met performances of the Cinderella title role, and the high-flying tenor Juan Diego Flórez, as her Prince Charming. Alessandro Corbelli and Luca Pisaroni complete the cast, with Met Principal Conductor Fabio Luisi leading the effervescent score.

A pre-broadcast complimentary lecture by Nunzio DeFilippis begins at 11 am. Tickets are $27, $25 for seniors, and $16 for children. Students with ID can purchase a ticket for $20 day of show.

Opera Lectures Underwritten by Mitchell Auto Group.
