Multiple Tony Award-winner Patti LuPone will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of New Haven's Shubert Theatre with an exclusive concert engagement on December 11, 2014 at 7:30pm - a century to the day when the theatre opened!

Titled Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda... Played That Part, the evening will feature LuPone performing the songs from the roles in musicals that she could have played, would have played and should have played, along with those she did play or will be playing. Included on the program will be songs from Hair, Bye Bye Birdie, Funny Girl, West Side Story and Peter Pan, along with songs from her signature roles in Evita and Gypsy.

A limited number of tickets will be available for a private post-show celebratory reception of the Shubert's centennial, with an appearance by Ms. LuPone.

Known throughout the theatre community as "birthplace of the nation's greatest hits", the legendary Shubert Theatre in New Haven, CT, was a popular try-out house in the golden age of theatre - playing host to the World Premieres of such musicals as Oklahoma!, Carousel, South Pacific, My Fair Lady, Annie Get Your Gun, The Sound of Music & nearly 300 others!

Patti LuPone earned Tony and Drama Desk Awards for her commanding portrayal of Argentine first lady Eva Perón in the original Broadway production of Evita, and Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Awards for her appearance as Madame Rose in the Broadway revival of Gypsy. Her other stage credits include Fantine in the original London production of LES MISERABLES (which earned her the Olivier Award), as well as roles in The Robber Bridegroom, The Cradle Will Rock, Sweeney Todd, Anything Goes, Sunset Boulevard, Master Class, To Hell and Back (with Philharmonia Baroque Opera), Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny (with Los Angeles Opera), Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Company, The Seven Deadly Sins (with New York City Ballet) and The Anarchist. In addition, LuPone had recent guest roles on FX's "American Horror Story: Coven" and HBO's "Girls." She recently returned to Carnegie Hall for her fourth solo concert, and teamed up with her longtime friend and Evita co-star Mandy Patinkin for their critically acclaimed show, An Evening with Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin. She also signed a deal with the 54 Below club in New York City to perform two-week engagements at the venue twice a year through 2016. She is the author of The New York Times bestseller, "Patti LuPone: A Memoir."
