The East Haddam Stage Company presents William Gillette: Senator's Son to Super Sleuth for their 8th summer season of live outdoor theater at Gillette Castle State Park, 67 River Rd, East Haddam Connecticut.
This original comedy / drama takes a fun look at Gillette's life leading up to his creation of the iconic character of Sherlock Holmes.
Featuring Alex Kirstukas of Avon as William Gillette / Sherlock Holmes and Nicole Morin of New Haven as....everyone else! (Watson, Helen, Alice Falkner, Arthur Conan Doyle, etc. etc.!)
The 30-minute show plays twice a day at 1:00pm and again at 2:30pmon Saturday and Sunday afternoons only, from July 9th through August 14th, on the outdoor stage near the castle. Shows are FREE and open to the public. Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy!
