Death Becomes Her is a Tony Award-winning musical comedy based on the 1992 Universal Pictures film. The story follows Madeline Ashton and Helen Sharp, lifelong frenemies whose rivalry is upended when a mysterious woman named Viola Van Horn offers them a magical potion that restores their youth and beauty. The production features direction and choreography by Christopher Gattelli, a book by Marco Pennette, and an original score by Julia Mattison and Noel Carey. This engagement marks the launch of the national tour in Cleveland, with 26 performances as part of the KeyBank Broadway Series at Playhouse Square.
