Revolutionary in its time, it is now perhaps the best-known piece of music in history. A perennial Cleveland favorite, the distinguished conductor Herbert Blomstedt is heralded for his interpretations of Beethoven and Schubert.
This program’s Concert Preview lectures will be presented by James O'Leary, Associate Professor of Musicology, Oberlin Conservatory
