Tallmadge High School is proud to announce that their first fall drama, The Poe Play, will be taking place November 12-14, 2009.

The Poe Play, written by Sean Cawelti and the Rogue Artists Ensemble in California, is based off of the life and stories of the American writer, Edgar Allan Poe. Combining The Black Cat, The Tell-Tale-Heart, The Cask of Amontillado, The Raven, and Berenice, The Poe Play weaves a tale of one man's descent into madness as the reality around him begins to crumble.

The show is directed by Drama teacher and Theater-Arts Career Academy director David M. Obney. Performances are November 12th, 13th, and 14th with doors opening at 7:30 and a curtain time of 8:00. Performances will take place in the Tallmadge High School Auditorium (140 N. Munroe Road). Students and Senior Citizens are $5 and Adults are $7.
