FRANKLY BEN FRANKLIN World Premiere To Be Presented At Theatre in the Circle
The new musical is written (Book, Music & Lyrics) by Darryl Bojanowski and produced by Theatre in the Circle's Artistic Director, Bill Corcoran.
Theatre in the Circle, a Judson Resident Theatre, will present Frankly Ben Franklin: A Musical Memoir, an engaging and imaginative musical that brings Benjamin Franklin's remarkable life to the stage.
Performances will take place June 4, 5, and 6 at 7:30 PM, with matinees on June 6 and 7 at 2:30 PM, at the Judson Manor Ballroom, 1890 E. 107th Street, Cleveland, OH 44106.
As eighty-two-year-old Benjamin Franklin resumes writing the memoirs he began years earlier, the people who shaped his life return as vivid memories-his wife Debby, his estranged son William, his brother James, and the playful voice of Poor Richard Saunders. Through humor, invention, and heartfelt reflection, the musical explores the triumphs, struggles, and personal costs behind the birth of a nation.
Featuring eleven songs that blend history, wit, and emotional depth, Frankly Ben Franklin: A Musical Memoir reveals the human story behind one of America's most iconic figures, celebrating not only his achievements, but the relationships and choices that defined his life.
