Beavercreek Community Theatre Holds Auditions For SHERLOCK HOLMES 10/20, 10/21

Beavercreek Community Theatre's Youth Theatre will hold open auditions for "Sherlock Holmes" at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, and Wednesday, Oct. 21.

The auditions will be held at the theater, located within the Lofino Adult Enrichment and Cultural Arts Center at 3868 Dayton-Xenia Road in Beavercreek.

The show, to be presented on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Dec. 3 through Dec. 13, will be directed by Teresa Connair.

Auditions are open to those ages 8 to 18 years old. Audition appointments can be scheduled by calling 429-4737 or emailing kids@bctheatre. Walk-ins will be accommodated as time permits.

Those auditioning should come prepared to present a one-minute monologue.. Call backs will be held on Thursday, Oct. 22. Those interested in working on the tech & stage crew should make an appointment to talk briefly with the director.

Fees for participation in the BCT Youth Theatre Program are: $70 for those 8 to 12 years old and $85 for those 13 to 18 years old. Fees for all cast and crew aare due, by cash or check, during the fi rst rehearsal/ and parent/cast/crew meeting.
