The CCM Wind Symphony, led by music director and conductor Kevin Micheal Holzman, presents a concert featuring guest composer John Mackey and GRAMMY Award-nominated soprano Lindsay Kesselman. Mackey's Places we can no longer go tells the story of dementia in reverse, as confusion turns to clarity and grief turns to comfort. The program also includes Jasmine Guo's the sound of where i came from and Mackey's newest work The isle is full of noises, Symphony No. 2, inspired by Shakespeare's The Tempest.
