Know Theatre Presents Patrick Murphy Welage 11/14 At YWCA Room 2A

Patrick Murphy Welage, certified laughter yoga instructor will lead a special laughter yoga session to benefit Know Theatre and the YWCA on November 14th.

Laughter, a universal language, can provide benefits to one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Patrick has over 40 years experience working in issues related to Social Justice, Peace and Justice programs, and Service Learning programs. He also teaches Theology and Philosophy classes, where he has utilized Laughter Yoga as a way to build community. He has facilitated Laughter Yoga in the United States, Ireland, Italy, Thailand, India, Ghana, Zambia and South Africa.
