·        The internationally acclaimed musical, PHANTOM, by Arthur Kopit (Indians, Wings, Nine) with music and lyrics by Maury Yeston (Nine, Grand Hotel, Titanic) is based on the Gaston Leroux 1910 novel, The Phantom of the Opera.  The musical, which is described as "the most successful musical never to have played Broadway", will preview July 10, open July 17 and run through August 17 at Theatre at the Center, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana.

·        The heartwarming and funny Broadway musical THE FULL MONTY previews July 16, opens July 23, and runs through September 21 at The Marriott Theatre, 10 Marriott Drive. Originally inspired by the 1997 Academy Award-winning film, this heart-warming comedy was nominated for nine Tony Awards in 2001, including Best Musical.

·        The Route 66 Theatre Company's first production will be the Chicago premiere of John Kolvenbach's ON AN AVERAGE DAY, co-produced with the Vs. Theatre Company of Los Angeles. The show will preview July 30, open Saturday, August 2 at 7:30 p.m., and run through August 31 at the Victory Gardens Greenhouse Theater Upstairs Mainstage, 2257 N. Lincoln Ave.

·        The hilarious new musical comedy CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES will make its Chicago premiere at The North Shore Center for Performing Arts, 9501 Skokie Blvd. in Skokie, previewing September 10, opening Thursday, September 11 at 7:30 p.m. and closing September 27, 2008.
