Full of comedy, tragedy and all the other theatrical elements today's audiences demand, SHOOT FASTER, DEAR BROTHER, I'M DYING! follows the lives of two brothers at the end of the American Civil War, told through the letters they wrote one another. This "traveling museum exhibit" features a dramatic reading of the legendary historic letters of the Binjimmons brothers, presented chronologically for the very first time! The audience meets Chauncy Binjimmons slinking away from his service for the Confederacy and heading west to find adventure on the wild frontier. Meanwhile, brother Adam Binjimmons navigates the pressures of family life at their childhood home in Virginia.SHOOT FASTER, DEAR BROTHER, I'M DYING! is directed by Jeff Award-winning Second City veteran Amanda Blake Davis.
