Northlight Theatre Presents THE OUTGOING TIDE, Closes 7/3
Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces the final performance of the World Premiere of The Outgoing Tide written by Bruce Graham, directed by Artistic Director BJ Jones. The Outgoing Tide will close on July 3, 2011.
After receiving rave reviews, The Outgoing Tide, featuring John Mahoney, Rondi Reed and Thomas J. Cox, continues to break box office records. Northlight had its highest-selling day in Northlight history on Friday, June 23; the previous record was set by this same show earlier in the run. The production has set a new record for online sales.In a summer cottage on Chesapeake Bay, Gunner has hatched an unorthodox plan to secure his family's future but meets with resistance from his wife and son, who have plans of their own. As winter approaches, the three must quickly find common ground and come to an understanding-before the tide goes out. This new drama, featuring Northlight favorite John Mahoney, hums with dark humor and powerful emotion.By: Bruce Graham
