Linda Eder to Return to Chicago for March 3 Concert

Recording artist, concert star and Broadway sensation Linda Eder will return to Chicago for one night only, Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 8 p.m. at the Cadillac Palace Theatre (151 W. Randolph St.).  

Eder will perform an eclectic evening of Broadway, jazz, pop hits and standards – including selections from her newest CD "By Myself: The Songs of Judy Garland."  Tickets go on sale Friday, January 26 at 10 a.m.

"Since her big break on TVs Star Search in 1988 and her starring role in Broadway's smash hit Jekyll and Hyde, Linda Eder has recorded eight solo albums, including her most recent, 'By Myself: The Songs of Judy Garland.'  In its 11 tracks, Linda pulls off the impossible: paying tribute to her musical idol and capturing the contrasting strength and fragility of Judy's voice, while making the timeless Garland songs her own," as press materials describe.

The show teams host Linda with other celebrities who share her passion for horses."
