The bidding is now open! Goodman Theatre's Women's Board proudly announces the return of Fame Fantasy Food Adventure Auction on February 1, 2010, at The Peninsula Chicago (108 E Superior) beginning at 5:30pm. Goodman Trustee and ABC-7 News Anchor Kathy Brock together with Executive Vice President of Northern Trust, Doug Regan, facilitate the bidding on prizes such as exotic vacations, luxurious gifts and exclusive opportunities. This year's live auction features lavish packages including trips to London, Russia, Tokyo and Shanghai as well as dinner for ten in the private home of celebrity chef Art Smith. A trip to Paris for a fall Fashion Show and a one week getaway to Puerto Vallarta are also among the exclusive live auction prizes. Silent Auction items include four tickets to a White Sox game, 18 tickets for a Chicago Bulls Penthouse Suite- and the opportunity to perform a walk-on role in Goodman's 33rd annual production of A Christmas Carol. Patricia Cox is Chairman of the Goodman Theatre Board of Trustees and Karen Pigott is Women's Board President. This year's auction chair is Kathleen Fox. Swati Mehta is the Honorary Auction Chair. American Airlines is the event sponsor.

Named the country's "Best Regional Theatre" by Time magazine (2003), Goodman Theatre is a leader in the American theater, internationally recognized for its artists, productions and educational programs since its founding in 1925.
