Chicago's BLUE MAN GROUP Names New Production Stage Manager

The critically acclaimed Blue Man Group is proud to announce that Deb Styer has been named as the company's new Production Stage Manager. Styer joins Blue Man Group with more than 10 years of experience in stage management including the Tony-award-winning "August: Osage County" on Broadway in London's West End, New York and Australia. Most recently, Styer served as a stage manager for Lookingglass Theatre Company's "Moby Dick" and Steppenwolf Theatre Company's "Marie Antoinette."
"Deb Styer's first rate experience in both theatre and management make her a tremendous asset to our production department, while her easy style and good humor make her a natural fit for the playful work environment Blue Man always strives to maintain," said Blue Man Group General Manager Mary Grisolano. "We are so excited to welcome her to the Blue Man family." In her new position at Blue Man Group, Styer will supervise the production department of the Chicago show. She will be responsible for maintaining its general production standards, procedures and practices, ensuring that Blue Man Group values and visions are supported and across the organization.
