Matthews Playhouse To Host Auditions For THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE

The Matthews Playhouse of the Performing Arts will hold open auditions for The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis.
Auditions will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 pm and Monday, January 11, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Matthews Community Center, located in downtown Matthews.We will cast approximately 20 people. Adult actors, as well as children (8 and up) are needed. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. No appointments are necessary, and all roles are currently open.The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe will be directed by Matthews Playhouse Artistic Director: June Altizer Bayless, and will run with various performance dates and times from February 19 through February 28.
