DP Productions Announces Auditions for BLACK NATIVITY 10/7

DP Productions will hold open auditions for actors, dancers, and singers ages 4 to 21 on Thursday, October 7 at 6 p.m. for its production of Black Nativity. Auditioners should be prepared to perform a short side, song or choreographed dance routine. No prior acting experience necessary.

Auditions will be held at St. Paul Baptist Church at 1401 Allen St., Charlotte, SC.

Black Nativity is a lively production that tells the powerful story of the birth of Jesus through rousing gospel music, dance and the inspiring poetry of celebrated African-American writer Langston Hughes. The stage production will run December 3rd - 5th, 2010, at the Little Rock Community Development Center in the Floretta Gunn Theater.
