Blumenthal Performing Arts Centers Opens The Knight Theater, 12/5
The Blumenthal Performing Arts Center cordially will host an open house for the new state-of-the-art Knight Theater. The official dedication ceremony will take place on December 5 at 10am followed by a variety of activities for all ages, including karaoke on stage and tours of the theater.
The theater joins the Mint Museum, Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and the Afro-American Cultural Center in a new cultural district on South Tryon Street that is intended to boost the Charlotte Uptown art scene.
The Knight Theater open house will take place on Saturday, December 5 from 10am - 4pm, with the dedication ceremony beginning at 10am. The new venue is located at 430 South Tryon St. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, visit www.BlumenthalCenter.org/Knight.
