Hershey Theatre Partners with Easter Seals Interpreting Services for Broadway Season

Hershey Theatre has announced a new partnership with Easter Seals Interpreting Services (ESIS). This important collaboration will provide accessibility to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community by giving them the opportunity to experience the finest touring Broadway shows in Hershey.
The impressive lineup of 2013-2014 Broadway shows slated to be interpreted in sign language for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community by ESIS includes:- Ghost The Musical
- War Horse
- Sister Act
- Flashdance The Musical
All interpreted performances are schedule for Sunday matinee performances.
"Everyone at Hershey Theatre is excited to make the performing arts more accessible to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community in Central PA," said Dennis Norton, Manager of Event Programming, Hershey Theatre. "This initiative is a great way to mark this historic venue's 80th anniversary." Liz Marvin, Program Director for Easter Seals echoed Norton's thoughts stating, "We applaud Hershey for this partnership so that the entire community can enjoy premier entertainment so close to home."Videos
