Single Ticket For Redhouse's 2019-20 Season Go On Sale Monday

Single tickets for Redhouse Arts Center's 2019-20 Season go on sale Monday, July 22nd beginning at 10am.

This will mark Artistic Director, Hunter Foster's inaugural season, and features several Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning productions. The theme of the season will be the exploration of family and how its different forms navigate the spectrum of the American experience. Redhouse audiences will be treated to a much more immersive theatre experience as Foster plans to utilize the versatility of Redhouse theatres to create different audience configurations including a "thrust space" and "theatre in the round" and will feature 6 fully staged productions rather than the usual 5 that audiences have experienced in the past.

Redhouse will kick off 2019 with Jonathan Larson's iconic Pulitzer Prize-winning musical Rent, which will run from September 19-29, 2019. Redhouse will follow up Rent with three- time Tony Award winning play God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton November 7-17, 2019. It's bound to be a merry Christmas as Redhouse brings to the stage a brand new musical written just for Central NY, the world premier of A Syracuse Christmas Carol, book by LJ Fecho and Music/Lyrics by Michael O'Flaherty which will run December 12-22, 2019. The most famous love story of all time - and the most moving tale of an ill-fated romance ever told - Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet will come to life on the Redhouse stage, February 13-23, 2020. Redhouse will start looking for spring with the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning play Fences by August Wilson which will run March 26 - April 5, 2020. Redhouse will conclude its 2019-20 Season with the Syracuse Premier of the Pulitzer Prize winning, Broadway hit musical, Fun Home. This Tony award winning drama will run from May 28 - June 7, 2020.
