YMCA Camp Thunderbird is a beautiful camp on the shores of Lake Wylie which offers 1.7 miles of pristine South Carolina shoreline approximately a half hour from Charlotte. Offering programs since 1936, YMCA Camp Thunderbird boasts a rich history and has provided a safe, action-packed experience for generations of kids, teens and adults with the chance to make memories that last a lifetime.
