Weston Drama Workshop

Weston Drama Workshop is a youth repertory theatre program housed at the Regis College Fine Arts Center in Weston, Massachusetts, and has operated as a summer program for more than 50 years. Its mission is to provide participants in grades 5 through age 23 an extraordinary education in and appreciation of live theatre in a caring, respectful, collaborative environment. Originally limited to high school and college students, WDW now runs a morning program of musical theatre for middle school students, an afternoon theatre program for young audiences, and evening main stage musicals and a black box production for high school and college performers. Rehearsals begin in mid-June and the season culminates in more than 20 fully staged productions over a 10-day period at the end of July, involving over 200 participants, volunteers, board members and staff.
