Musical Theatre Summer Intensive

Clear Space Theatre Company is a professional theatre in downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and its Arts Institute has offered summer camps since 2004 for students in grades 1 through 12. Each camp mirrors the rehearsal and production process of Clear Space's own summer repertory season, with students creating and performing a short live production by the end of the week. Camps run Monday through Thursday from 8:45am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:45am to 1pm, ending with two free public performances. The 2026 season offered Musical Theatre Summer Intensives built on Broadway titles adapted for young performers, including Shrek Kids, Frozen Jr., Mean Girls Jr. and Rock of Ages Youth Edition, plus Acting Summer Intensives covering monologues, scenes and audition preparation. Faculty are working actors and educators, and financial assistance is available.

Monday-Thursday 8:45am-4:30pm, Friday 8:45am-1pm. Two free performances on the final day at 11am and 12pm. Tuition includes a camp t-shirt, materials and one student ticket to a Summer Rep performance.
