Camp Coniston

YMCA Camp Coniston is a coed overnight camp in Grantham, New Hampshire, serving campers ages 8 through 15 in two-week and one-week sessions, with Adventure Camp trips for ages 12-15, service trips for ages 14-16, and CIT and LIT leadership programs for older teens. Programming covers traditional camp activities, waterfront and swimming, ecology, arts and out-of-camp trips; horseback riding is available for an added fee during two-week sessions. Fees are set on a tiered scale with financial assistance available, and the board raises funds to keep camp affordable and to support facility improvements. Coniston also runs year-round programs including Youth & Government, community programming and Camp Winning Spirit, a free weekend for families affected by pediatric cancer.

Campers must be 8 by June 24 and have completed 2nd grade for the two-week and one-week overnight camps; Adventure Camp is for ages 12-15; service trips for ages 14-16 who have completed a year of high school; CIT for those turning 16 before the season. Campers may attend a maximum of two two-week sessions and add Adventure Camp or service trip weeks. Fees are tiered (Tier 1, Tier 2, financial aid) and all-inclusive except horseback riding.
