Camp CenterStage

Camp CenterStage (CCS) is a sleep-away performing-arts camp at Maple Lane in Livermore, Maine, now in its 17th season. Campers attend daily studios of their choice and rotate through singing, dancing, mentoring and workshop sessions alongside traditional camp activities such as swimming, hiking and campfires. The 2026 program includes a five-day Teen Leadership at Camp session for ages 14-18, a two-week 'Standing Ovation' session culminating in a production of Godspell, Jr., a one-week 'Barefoot Arts' session combining visual and performing arts with outdoor play, and a two-week 'Under the Stars' outdoor performance session. Cabins are named for theaters around the world, a registered nurse is on site full time, the staff-to-camper ratio is about 1:3, and need-based scholarships are available. A community enrichment program takes campers to local farms, libraries and senior residences.

Sessions start Monday and end Saturday. Tuition covers meals and housing, all activity supplies, two camp T-shirts, transportation for off-campus enrichment trips, a recording of the Final Showcase, and a camper certificate. Sibling and multiple-session discounts of $350 are offered, along with need-based scholarships. CIT and LIT discounts are available for ages 16-18.
