Broadway Masterclass is a one-week summer program at Groton Hill Music Center in Groton, Massachusetts, for performers ages 13-18. The 2026 session runs July 6-10 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is led by writer and composer Khiyon Hursey as program director, with coaching from actor Bebe Wood and vocal training from tenor Daon Drisdom. Students spend the week singing, dancing and acting while learning skills essential to professional performers, including how to work with accompanists, how to walk confidently into auditions, monologue workshops, acting technique, character development and song analysis. Participants rehearse full numbers on the center's stages, and the week ends with a solo and group showcase in Meadow Hall on Friday afternoon. A performance skills video is required at registration for placement purposes only.
