As part of the new Vlada lounge Tuesday night musical theater/cabaret series at Vlada, Kate Pazakis will be performing and hosting joined by Marty Thomas, Kristy Cates, Brad Bass and Damon Gravina.  Music direction by Brian J. Nash.  The show is scheduled for 10:30 PM.  

Kate Pazakis has been seen in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Off-Broadway: Newsical, A Broadway Diva Christmas, Pippin, Dressing Room, Divas I've Done and Rosie O'Donnells family cruises. Her one-woman show is titled The Sexless Years. She is co-host of the weekly musical theater event "Mostly Sondheim" at the Duplex on Friday nights from 11PM-3AM. She has appeared in many workshops, readings and recordings of new musicals 

Kristy Cates made her Broadway debut in the ensemble of Wicked, where she was also the standby for the role of Elphaba. She played that role for a year in the Chicago production of Wicked and also starred in the Toronto engagement of the hit musical. Off-Broadway the singer-actress was seen in Boobs! The Musical, and her regional credits include john and jen and Into the Woods. A graduate of the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, Cates also took part in an evening of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Unexpected Songs at Joe's Pub.

Marty Thomas has appeared on Broadway in Xanadu, The Secret Garden and Wicked. He is a Grammy-nominated recording artist who was named the 1992 Junior Vocalist champion on the original "Star Search" series. His self-titled solo CD is now available. Visit www.martythomas.com for more information. 

Brad Bass is currently standby for Fiyero in Wicked.  

Damon Gravina has appeared as a performer in concerts with Michael John LaChuisa and Ricky Ian Gordon and as a writer of the upcoming musical Colors Run

Brian J. Nash music director, Recently musical direction for Crossing Brooklyn, music directed, orchestrated, and co-produced SILENCE! The Musical, winner of the Outstanding Musical award for FringeNYC 2005. Other recent projects include Something's Wrong With Amandine at TheatreWorks New Works Festival in Palo Alto, CA, Phenomenon at HERE, But I'm A Cheerleader for NYMF 2005, and A Broadway Diva Christmas, Songs for a New World, Kate Pazakis' The Sexless Years, John Hill's Skinny Corpse, Red, Room to Grow, Lend Me a Tenor, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Rocky Horror Show.  

There is no cover charge or minimum for the concert.
