Any Wednesday continues to sizzle in July with three exciting concerts featuring the best in cabaret, jazz and theater performers. Each program begins at 6:00 p.m., and takes place in the Lincoln Triangle Barnes & Noble at Broadway and 66th Street in the third floor events space. The performances are approximately thirty minutes in length and are followed by a meet-and-greet/autograph session with the artists. As always, the events are free and open to all.

The schedule follows:

July 11: Jim Van Slyke: "Jim is a cabaret star who is perhaps unique in having both the roles of Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville and Sparky in Forever Plaid on his resume. His debut album, 'Open Road' from LML records has received raves. Come and hear the handsome singer as he takes you along on his journey through 50 years of popular music," state press notes.

July 18: Sue Matsuki: "In her wonderful debut album, 'A New Take,' Sue shares her interpretations of old jazz standards and contemporary songs gone jazz. What can you expect from a performer who made her debut at 6 singing 'Love for Sale' and was seen on a Metropolitan Opera PBS broadcast of Tristan und Isolde as 'the chick screaming in the tower in Act II?' Only the unexpected"

JULY 25: "New Voices" "We continue our popular series within the Any Wednesday series of introducing a trio of performers you may have not encountered yet, but think you should. All have been acquiring attention and glowing reviews around town and now here is your chance to discover (or re-discover) them. This edition features Mac and Bistro award-winning Brandon Cutrell, versatile jazzy Jane Stuart, and musical comedy veteran Lillie Kae."
