The Zipper Factory Theater (336 West 37th  Street) proudly announces the addition of the following to its February schedule:

The Kansas City Choir Boy
Friday, February 29 at 9:30PM
Tickets: $15

"The Kansas City Choir Boy (a.k.a. Todd Almond) writes songs in lonely hotel rooms in the Midwest (and lately, around the world) illuminating the beauty and hubris of human behavior.  His theatrical concerts, each uniquely designed for that particular night, often feature surprise guests and the city's top musicians, as well as songs that feel like sex and death and God and Nebraska (his favorite things to write about)," state press notes.

For ticket to all Zipper Factory events call Ovation Tix at 212-352-3101 or buy online at www.thezipperfactory.com. Box office opens one hour prior to curtain for all events.

The Zipper Factory Tavern is directly accessible to/from the theater space.  The tavern presents an eclectic, seasonal menu, and the kitchen is run by Executive Chef Larry Kolar (Bolivar, Sign of the Dove, Camino Sur).  The tavern is open Monday through Saturday for lunch, and from happy hour to pre-theater, through theater and into late night.  To view the menu, visit www.thezipperfactory.com. For reservations for the Zipper Factory Tavern, call (212) 695-4600.
