Sue Matsuki to Perform at B&N's Any Wednesday, July 18

This evening, July 18, Any Wednesday at Barnes and Noble will present Sue Matsuki.
"In her debut album, 'A New Take,' Sue shares her interpretations of old jazz standards and contemporary songs gone jazz. What can you expect from a performer who made her debut at 6 singing 'Love for Sale' and was seen on a Metropolitan Opera PBS broadcast of Tristan und Isolde as 'the chick screaming in the tower in Act II?' Only the unexpected," state press notes.
Upcoming performers include: New Voices: Brandon Cutrell, Lillie Kae and Jane Stuart (July 25), The Cast and Creators of High Fidelity (August 1), Marlene Ver Planck (August 8), Marieann Meringolo (August 15), Nancy Sterns (August 22), Steve Ross (August 29), Jack Donohue (September 19), Leslie Orofino (September 26), Cynthia Crane (October 24) and Betsy Ann Faiella (January 2)Any Wednesday celebrates the best in jazz, cabaret and theater performers in the spacious third floor events space at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes & Noble at 66th and Broadway in New York City. Each performance begins at 6:00 p.m., lasts approximately a half hour and is followed by a signing/meet-and-greet session with the artists. As always, the events remain free and open to all.
