Spotlight: HEATHER HEADLEY at Carnegie Hall
May 7: Broadway Star Heather Headley in Concert
Tony and Grammy winner Heather Headley is celebrated for having “the purest and boldest voice in pop” (The Boston Globe), plus a Broadway career that includes her debut in the original cast of The Lion King, her Tony-winning performance as the title character in Aida, and her acclaimed return in the revival of The Color Purple.
For one night only at Carnegie Hall, Headley performs with a live band and the spectacularly soulful singer Javier Colon, winner of NBC’s The Voice. Enjoy selections from Headley’s Grammy-winning R&B songbook, her history-making Broadway career, and more.
