THE VOICE's coaches Christina Aguilera, CeeLo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, and the contestants of the NBC series began the performance finale last night with a rendition of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah". Each singer held a card with one of the names of the 26 victims in last week's shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut. watch.

"The Voice" is a presentation of One Three Media (a Hearst/Mark Burnett company), Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series is created by John de Mol, who executive-produces along with Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Stijn Bakkers and Lee Metzger.
