Wayne Brady, current host of the CBS game show, 'Let's Make a Deal', might soon be headed back to the stage. In an interview with Beck/Smith Hollywood, Brady confessed that hosting 'Lets Make a Deal' is taking up more time than he originally expected. Brady admitted, “To be honest, I have no desire to turn into the king of game shows. I consider myself an actor foremost, and a writer and singer, and I still tour and do Broadway shows.”

The long-running game show, 'Lets Make a Deal', continues to be a hit with viewers. However, Brady has a variety of experience, including other hosting gigs, as well as roles on the stage. The comic actor was last seen on Broadway in 2004, where he played Billy Flynn in CHICAGO. Additionally, Brady is slated to star in the Hollywood Bowl's production RENT (August 6-8), alongside Neil Patrick Harris ('How I Met Your Mother').

His 2001 daytime talk show, 'The Wayne Brady Show' was awarded four daytime Emmy Awards. In 2003, Brady won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety, Musical or Comedy Series for work on the improv show, 'Whose Line is it Anyway?'. Brady was the only person to win the award for a television series, since 1993. More recently, Brady hosted 'Don't Forget the Lyrics' on FOX.
