VIDEO: U.S. Attorney Discusses SAC Capital Indictment on CBS

Preet Bharara, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said today that "there are a lot of bodies" associated with the insider trading case against SAC Capital and indicting the whole firm was appropriate, in an interview that was broadcast live today, August 6, 2013 on CBS THIS MORNING (7:00-9:00 AM) on the CBS Television Network.

In his first interview since announcing the indictment, Bharara told co-hosts Charlie Rose and Norah O'Donnell, "The scope and the pervasiveness of the insider trading that went on at this particular place is unprecedented in the history of hedge funds. When you have that kind of activity, an indictment of the entire institution seems appropriate."
