VIDEO: Oliver Platt Talks New NBC Series CHICAGO MED on 'Today'

Versatile actor Oliver Platt is the star of “Chicago Med,” the newest addition to the “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago PD” TV drama franchise. “We’ve never really seen a psychiatrist in a medical procedural,” Platt tells TODAY’s Willie Geist and Al Roker, saying he was intrigued by the possibility of playing a “doctor for the soul.” Watch the appearance below!
