VIDEO: Jennifer Aniston Talks 'Horrible Bosses', Fiance Justin Theroux & More on THE TALK

Jennifer Aniston stopped by CBS's THE TALK and revealed why playing Dr. Julia Harris in "Horrible Bosses" may be her favorite character to date. Aniston says, "Come on look what you get to do. You just get to be insane...like unforgivingly crazy." She also discusses working with co-star Jason Bateman.

Later, Aniston gushes over fiancé Justin Theroux and spills hilarious stories about how he makes her laugh. Aniston says, "He's my creative crush because he's just brilliant at everything he does. He's a wonderful actor. He's a brilliant comedy writer and he's also a beautiful artist...and a beautiful human being. He makes me laugh constantly...He loves to scare me. He hides in closets for twenty [minutes]!"
