The late actor, who died in a car crash in November, portrays Damien Collier, described as "an undercover cop who teams up with regular guy Lino (David Belle), whose girlfriend has been kidnapped by the drug kingpin that Collier has been tracking. As they race against time, the drug lord's true intentions become clear -- a plot to devastate the entire city."
The film is set in the criminal underworld of Detroit, where the streets have been taken over by drugs, violence and corruption. Based on producer Luc Besson's French hit District B13, the drama co-stars RZA. Camille Delamarre will direct.
