E! News reports exclusively that Jenna Ushkowitz, Jayma Mays, Mark Salling and Dianna Agron have been confirmed for the returning cast of GLEE's final season, premiering on FOX in 2015.

While the four actors were suspiciously missing from the roster of names from the network's official cast announcement, sources who are involved with the show tell the site that they will indeed make guest starring appearances.

According to the report, Ushkowitz will begin shooting her scenes within the next two weeks, while Agron and Saling begin work later this month. No details have been revealed as to Mays' schedule. In the spring, GLEE executive producer and co-creator Ryan Murphy issued an open invitation to any actor who wanted to return from the original cast to appear on the final season.

As BWW previously reported, Glee's sixth and final season take a leap in time, and will return to the show's original setting, Lima, Ohio, as Rachel (Lea Michele) returns to McKinley High to try to resurrect the New Directions choir, after her own Hollywood/Broadway career failure.

Michele, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Dot-Marie Jones, Jane Lynch, Kevin McHale Matthew Morrison, Chord Overstreet and Amber Riley have already been confirmed for the final season. Max Adler will also reprise his role as Dave Karofsky.

The final 13 episodes will also feature five new McKinley High sophomores, and possibly the return of A-list guest stars, such as Kristin Chenoweth.
