THE DR OZ SHOW Garners Three 2015 Daytime Emmy Awards Nominations

Today, the three-time Emmy® award-winning, critically-acclaimed and nationally-syndicated THE DR. OZ SHOW received its sixth nomination for Outstanding Informative Talk Show, host Dr. Mehmet Oz received his sixth nomination for Outstanding Talk Show Host and Director Scot Titelbaum and Associate Director Debra Mackrell received their second nomination for Outstanding Directing in a Talk Show as announced for the 42nd Annual Daytime Emmy® awards. This is the sixth consecutive nomination in each category for Dr. Oz and THE DR. OZ SHOW production team led by executive producers Mindy Borman and Amy Chiaro.

Now in its sixth season and having reached the 1000 episode milestone, THE DR. OZ SHOW has impacted millions of lives as a leader in health and wellness, consistently ranking among the top shows nationally amongst its competitors. Under the direction of Borman and Chiaro, THE DR. OZ SHOW debuted in 2009 with the highest-rated syndication launch in over a decade. Seen around the world in 118 countries, THE DR. During the sixth season of The Dr. Oz Show, celebrity guests such as Jennifer Lopez and Rosie O'Donnell shared their personal struggles and perspectives on health with Dr. Oz. This season also featured exclusive moments such as Dr. Oz's sit down interview with right-to-die advocate Brittany Maynard's mother, who spoke with Dr. Oz for the very first time since her daughter's death.
