Star of Lenny Bruce Show to Guest Star on CBS Drama CRIMINAL MINDS

Critically acclaimed star of, "I Am Not A Comedian... I'm Lenny Bruce", Ronnie Marmo, has just signed to guest star on the popular F.B.I. drama, CRIMINAL MINDS. An American police procedural crime drama television series created by Jeff Davis. Fans familiar with the show will see him portraying the "Unsub" in an upcoming episode, "Bad Moon On The Rise," on the long-running show that stars, Joe Mantegna, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Daniel Henney, Adam Rodriguez, and Paget Brewster.

Marmo appears to be one of the busiest working actor/directors in hollywood. He recently completed an audio book in which he portrays Lenny Bruce in Lenny's autobiography, How to Talk Dirty and Influence People. and is now in consideration to be nominated for a Grammy in the Spoken Word Category. He also just starred in a foreign film Ammore E Malivita directed by the Manetti Brothers, which premiered in Italy and nationwide and will have its West Coast Premiere on November 18th, in Los Angeles.

Concurrently, he is also starring in "I Am Not A Comedian...I'm Lenny Bruce", written by Ronnie Marmo, directed by Joe Mantegna, now in their six month, which just received Critics Choice in the Los Angeles Times. The theatre production has been extended AGAIN through November at Theatre 68 in North Hollywood!

Ronnie Marmo has starred in more than 50 feature films and television shows, most recently he starred in the foreign film Ammore E Malivita directed by the Manetti Brothers. The film just opened nation wide in Italy and is opening in Los Angeles on November 18th. Other films include Back In The Day (on Netflix now), Deuces Wild, Crocodile Dundee in LA, West Of Brooklyn, Pizza With Bullets, Truck 20's Location, Death Of A Tree, Irish Eyes (aka Vendetta), and Limbo Lounge. He has guest starred in several hit television shows including JAG, and Young And The Restless. He was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor by the Indie Soap Awards for his role as Crotch in the series, Adults Only. Ronnie enjoyed a three year run on ABC's General Hospital as Ronnie Dimestico.

On stage, Marmo has starred in more than 30 plays. He's currently portraying Lenny Bruce in the World Premiere, One man show I Am Not A Comedian... I'm Lenny Bruce; which has been running for the past 6 months. The play is directed by Joe Mantegna and was written by Marmo. A few of other stage favorites include his depiction of Bill Wilson in Bill W. and Dr. Bob. Silva in Baby Doll, Earl in the Los Angeles Premiere of The Late Henry Moss, Danny in Danny and The Deep Blue Sea, and Satan in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot.

Ronnie recently completed an audio book in which he portrays Lenny Bruce in Lenny's autobiography, How to Talk Dirty and Influence People. The audio book is on sale now through Hachette publishing, (Available for purchase at the show) and is now in consideration to be nominated for a Grammy in the Spoken Word Category.

Marmo has directed over 50 stage productions and produced about 100 in Los Angeles and New York. Ronnie was the Artistic Director and Producer of the critically acclaimed first ever 13 by Shanley Festival; which enjoyed a six-month run. He received the Robert Pastorelli Rising Star Award for achievements as an actor, writer, director and producer at the 2010 Garden State Film Festival.

He continues to serve at the Artistic Director of Theatre 68 (68 Cent Crew Theatre Company) in Los Angeles and New York City.
