Deadline.com reports that Director Mikael Hafstrom is in talks to take on directing duties in the upcoming action film THE TOMB. The movie will star Sylvester Stallone, who is currently working on the 2012 film 'Bullet to the Head'. THE TOMB is from Emmett/Furla Films and Summit Entertainment.

According to the report, rumors are circulating that there is also the possiblity that Stallone may re-team with his 'Expendables 2' co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger for the big budget project. Insiders would not confirm that talks were currently underway with California's ex-governor.

Schwarzenegger was at one point attached to the project and was considering taking on the lead role which later went to Stallone. The film's story centers on a man who has engineered a high-tech prison facility that he claims is "escape-proof". He is eventually imprisoned in the fortress under false pretenses and must figure out a way to out maneuver his own design.
