Ryan Reynolds to Star in QUEEN OF THE NIGHT

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ryan Reynolds is set to star in the upcoming thriller QUEEN OF THE NIGHT from Canadian director Atom Egoyan. Egoyan will produce along with Simone Urdl, Jennifer Weiss and Stephen Traynor.

The film is based on the screenplay co-written by Egoyan and David Fraser. Reynolds will portray the father of an abducted child. Filming is set to beging shooting in February 2013 in southern Ontario.

Reynolds portrayed Michael Bergen on ABC's sitcom Two Guys and a Girl. His film credits X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Green Lantern, National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Just Friends, Definitely, Maybe, The Proposal, The Change-Up, Safe House , and Ted.
