Reality Star Rob Kardashian Rushed to Hospital Following Diabetes Complications

Page Six reports that Rob Kardashian was rushed to the emergency room Wednesday evening following a flare-up of his diabetes. The reality star was diagnosed with the illness in 2015.

The 29-year-old, whose tumultuous relationship with Blac Chyna has been chronicled in E!'s docuseries "Rob & Chyna," checked himself into CA's West Hills Hospital. Chyna, along with family member Kris Jenner have been seen visiting him overnight.

Just one year ago, Kardashian was diagnosed with diabetes. In August of this year, he told the press he was "diabetes free," attributing his good health to Chyna's cooking. He explained, "I had found out I had type 2 diabetes six months before, but I stopped taking my insulin. I didn't enjoy the routine. So I ended up nonstop throwing up and I couldn't even swallow because my mouth was so dry. I felt like I was going to die."

Representatives for Blac Chyna and Kardashian did not return requests for comment.
