Phoebe Tonkin Joins Cast of The CW's VAMPIRE DIARIES

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Phoebe Tonkin has joined the cast of The CW drama series VAMPIRE DIARIES in a recurring role. 

The actress will portray 'Hayley', described as "wild, sexy and free-spirited, someone who Tyler (Michael Trevino) has a past with." Hayley will make her debut in the third episode of the upcoming season four.

Tonkin is best known for portraying Cleo Sertori in H2O: Just Add Water and Fiona Maxwell in Tomorrow, When the War Began. She also portrayed Faye Chamberlain in The CW series The Secret Circle.

The Vampire Diaries returns October 11 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
