Penultimate Episode of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER Jumps 16% in Viewers

The penultimate episode of How I Met Your Mother posted double-digit week-to-week percentage increases in viewers and key demographics as it heads into next week's series finale, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, March 24.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER was first in its 8:00 PM time period in adults 18-49 (3.4/11), adults 18-34 (3.4/12) and averaged 9.06 million viewers. Compared to last week, How I Met Your Mother was up +17% in adults 18-49 (from 2.9/09), +21% in adults 18-34 (from 2.8/11), +9% in adults 25-54 (3.6/10 from 3.3/09), and added +1.28m viewers (from 7.78m, +16%). How I Met Your Mother was the night's #1 program in adults 18-34.

The special one-hour series finale of How I Met Your Mother will be broadcast Monday, March 31 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).
