POWER's Naturi Naughton Wins NAACP Image Award

Naturi Naughton won for her work as Tasha St. Patrick on the 3rd season of Starz #1 drama POWER. The series was also nominated for Outstanding Drama Series and her co-star Omari Hardwick received a nomination for Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series for his work on the show.

Naturi Naughton stars opposite Omari Hardwick in Starz Network's #1 hit series "Power," created by powerhouse producer/writer Courtney Kemp and executive produced by 50 Cent. Season 3 premieres this summer, July 2016. Naturi is a singer and actress best known for her performances as Lil Kim in FOX Searchlight's hit film "Notorious" and her role in MGM's remake of the classic film "Fame". Naughton has starred in various other projects including Warner Bros.' "Lottery Ticket" where she starred opposite Loretta Devine, Ice Cube, Mike Epps, and Bow Wow. On the small screen, Naughton is known for her memorable guest performances on "Mad Men" and "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and her roles on "The Playboy Club" and "The Client List." She also appeared on Broadway in the Tony Award winning musical, "Hairspray" for three years. Naughton was born and raised in East Orange, New Jersey and attended Seton Hall University. She believes that her faith, tenacity and fearlessness will give her longevity and continue her prosperous career.

James St. Patrick is on the verge of having everything he's ever wanted, but will this new phase of his life end before it begins with old sins and the specter of 'Ghost' coming back to haunt him? Courtney A. Kemp serves as the Creator, Showrunner and Executive Producer of "Power." Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, Mark Canton, Randell Emmett and Gary Lennon serve as Executive Producers on "Power." The show is also produced by G-Unit Films and Television, the production company launched by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson.
