Forbes magazine has released its annual list of the most influential celebrities of 2013. Topping this year's list for the second year in a row is media mogul Oprah Winfrey.

According to the survey, forty-eight percent of people rated Winfrey as "influential." The survey ranks 7,500 celebrities by 46 different attributes. Winfrey was down just one point from 2012.

Rounding out the top five were Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorcese, Ron Howard and George Lucas. 'The View's Barbara Walters came in at number eight with a 37 percent influential rating. Two of Winfrey's proteges also made the list; Dr. Mehmet Oz ranked at number seven with forty percent of respondents rating him influential, while Suze Orman came in at number nine.
