New Comedy Short COMPLETE SENTENCES Premieres 10/28
He made the romantic brunch. He got the ring. He's down on one knee-but will she say YES? Stage vets Pun Bandhu (Bway: Wit, Nurse Jackie) and chandra thomas(Labor Day, The Good Wife) star in Complete Sentences?, an original comedy about love, relationships, fine food ...and baseball. Bandhu plays Eddie a chef who pops "the question" to his longtime girlfriend Kara (thomas), but things quickly go off track in this heartwarming short where romantic comedy meets sports comedy.
Written by thomas, directed by Monica Palmieri (Santa Diabla) and edited by Emmy® Award-winner Cierra Pacheco (George to the Rescue), the short is produced by thomas, Palmieri, aba taylor and Marjorie O. West Thomas. It features the new original song, "Say It Again (My Favorite)" written by McKenzie Frye, produced by SideStreet Ked and performed by FOLAMI.
Station 3 Management & Stewart Talent-repped Bandhu is currently in theatres opposite Robert Downey, Jr. in The Judge. thomas, repped by Wolf Talent Group, was recently named one of the 10 Black Actresses to Watch, alongside Laverne Cox and Gabrielle Union, by Paste Magazine.
