This is NBC's 31st win over the last 33 Tuesdays among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49. In total viewers, it's NBC's 12th Tuesday win in a row among those networks. AMERICA'S GOT TALENT (2.8/11 in 18-49, 13.2 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET) equals its season high in 18-49. The 2.8 rating equals a three-year high for "Talent" in 18-49, matching the show's Aug. 1 telecast as well as last summer's Monday and Tuesday finales for "Talent's" highest 18-49 rating since Tuesday, June 3, 2014 (2.9). Jumps +22% versus last year's first live Tuesday telecast in 18-49 (2.8 vs. 2.3 on July 26, 2016) and +2.7 million persons or +26% in total viewers (13.159 million vs. 10.471 million).

AGT is the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in 18-49, total viewers and all other key categories. Dominates the time period in every key measure. Grows +25% from its first half-hour to its fourth in adults 18-49 (2.4 to 3.0) and +2.3 million persons or +20% in total viewers (11.7 million to 14.0 million). Will add significant viewership via time-shifting: Last week's "Talent" increased by +25% in 18-49 (2.74 to 3.42) and +2.3 million viewers overall (13.3 million to 15.6 million) going from L+SD to L+3 Nielsens. The gains of +0.68 of a rating point and +2.3 million viewers overall were the night's biggest L+3 lifts in 18-49 rating and total viewers. In L+7, "Talent" is growing by +36% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 2.58 to a 3.51) and +3.4 million viewers overall (12.6 million to 16.0 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

"Hollywood Game Night" (1.3/5 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Scores the show's highest 18-49 rating since Jan. 19, 2016 (1.3 on Tuesday from 8-9 p.m.). The last time "HGN" topped a 1.3 was Aug. 11, 2015 (1.4 on Tuesday from 10-11 p.m.). Delivers the show's second most-watched episode ever, behind only the 5.495 million for the Monday, Jan. 27, 2014 telecast from 8-9 p.m. Wins the time period in every key category among ABC, CBS and NBC, beating the ABC-CBS competition combined in all key demographics. Is the #2 show of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49, behind only "Talent." Will increase via time-shifting and VOD - this summer, "Hollywood Game Night" has grown by +16% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+7 (from a 0.86 to a 1.00) and +470,000 viewers overall (3.9 million to 4.4 million)

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.9/8; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.5/4.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.7/4; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.2/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.4/3 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2.

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
